I don't remember Frodo's necklace. Was it in the books? I kinda refused to read the last chapter cuz i didn't want it to end... *Sheepish grin* I'm glad they are elves! ^_^ But thinking of them leavig always makes me sad... Like Sam says in the movies when they first see the elves. Well, On to the next story!! YEAH!!! ^_^

I really, *really* love this series. You've done the characters beautifully and actually have a well-writen story with plot. I also very much appreciate that you seem to know where you're g wig with the whole idea (I am so disappointed with stories that start strong, but peter out after a few chapters). Some of your readers may be frustrated with Legolas' naievete , but I enjoy it, especially since it gives such great Elrohir-angst (that I eat up with a spoon). Anyway, can't wait to read more!

Whoa, I've been away too long. I just started school again and haven't been able to keep up. |^_^| Anyways, great chapter. But Elrohir's uncertainty near broke my heart. You've done it again, with yet another fantastic story. Now, I believe there was one more update I missed. Better go read it. |^_^|

You are an evil, evil tease, taunting us with glimpses of the stories to come. I continue to love the way in which you have portrayed the growing friendship among the company, even after the war is over. I wonder how Elrohir will feel about Legolas journying with Gimli. He cannot be happy at the thought of being parted for so long a time. Though, I suppose they have been seperated for longer periods. I imagine it is difficult for him, to simultaneously know that Legolas fears losing him and think that his affections will not be returned to the same extent. And to be forever bound to a person who may never know the sacrifice you have made... it is rather depressing, so I'll try not to think to hard on what has already happened and focus on the hope of what you have yet to write. I look forward to further reading.

Without a doubt, the best Legolas/Elrohir fic I've ever read. Just amazing, detailed but not verbose.

Echoing Tinni here, but what's the deal with Rohan? Did I miss something? What did Elrohir discover?

Make Elrohir take charge and pursue Legolas now.Enough with the virtue or promises.Throw caution into the wind.I don't want Elrohir to suffer anymore heartbreaks.I think Legolas is just afraid to admit that he likes males.

And there is a collective wiping of the sweat from the brow. I am glad that Elrohir stood by his decision, that he even decided, if truth must be told. I was afraid you would draw it out another chapter. Thank you for not prolonging the torture. I am curious, did you intend for the ceremony to be completed in that manner, or was it altered so Elrohir would not have to confess to whom he bound himself? I realize that it is an odd question to ask, since the obvious answer would be you wrote it how you meant for it to be, but I still feel the compulsion to ask. I can see Gandalf manipulating it slightly, to spare Elrohir and Legolas.

I do pity Legolas. To be so confused by your feelings must be difficult. It seems as though he knows what he is feeling, but does not understand the implications of it.

I also feel badly for Arwen. I pray that she never discovers the truth of Elladan and Elrohir staying in Middle Earth.

Pfew....I was worried for a moment then! Yay! they stay! Please dont say your wonderful series has almost come to an end though. I look forward to each update and would be very disapointed. Do you plan to include Legolas' sea longing in this series? It would be interesting to see Elrohirs reaction to it. after all, all that holds Legolas to Middle Earth is Aragorn, so how would Elrohir feel about the possiblility of leaving his sister and brother? Just trying to deed your plot bunnys :) Keep up the good work!

    “Something I discovered in Rohan.”

Elladan peered at him frowningly. “Rohan?” he repeated. “What new trial is this, gwenneth?”

Elrohir hesitated then quietly told him. Elladan’s eyes widened in consternation.

Hold up, does Elrohir think Legolas and Gimli have thing.... *shudder* sorry Legolas/Gimli fall under the catagory of despised pairings for me.

Oh thgoodgoodness! I feel such relief that Elrohir chose to 'cleave to elvenkind'. Even my little mantra of 'they get together...eventually' doesn't stop me getting caught up in this wonderful story! And while we're on the subject of getting caught up in the story; have I mentioned that I'm starting to get annoyed with Elladan? No? Well I am! I guess I can understand Elladan's attitude towards Legolas to a certain extent because he obviously doesn't want Elrohir to suffer, but I tend to agree with Elrohir (who after all knows Legolas best) - he *will* be absolutely devestated when he finally realiizes the pain he's caused. And really, Elladan himself has urged Elrohir to speak his mind AND he knows Legolas is slightly clueless in these matters so, really, what does he expect? Hmm well I think I probably need to go do something other than obsess over this series.
Course that doesn't mean I won't be hanging out for your next update Eresse!

    Marie :-)

No heart break but I wonder how long Legolas and Elrohir will continue to beat around the bush.
