You are SO evil I can�t even n ton to describe it! Leaving off in a place like that! Are you trying to kill me with suspense or something?! But you do know that this new turn of events brings up a whole new possibility.

That�s right! Let�s say it all together! Fading scene! Fading scene! Fading scene! whoop whoop!

*ahem!* Sorry bout that. Got a little bit too carried away again. Anyway, great stuff as usual. I felt so bad for Erestor as he pre preparing to go into the river. It was also kind of neat how you wrote that scene as thought Glorfindel was reading the letter just as Erestor was going into the water. It h ver very movie feel to the whole thing. I liked it. The only thing though, is that in Erestor�s letter he made some comment about his son being sired by a weakling and a liar� Liar� Who the heck actually raped the poor elf?!?!?!?! Is he covering for someone?! I am so out of ideas I no longer know! I mean, so far I�ve pegged the father to be Thranduil, then Legolas (which both were quickly thrown out because of the �flash of dark hair� comment some chapter ago), then Elrond, then Elladan or Elrohir�

I mean come on! Throw me a bone here! Are we ever going to find out? Are there other clues throughout the story that I�ve missed that could somehow point towards the actual rapist? Is it actually somebody who we haven�t been introduced to yet? (though I hope that isn�t the case because then I think that would just ruin the entire tension of the entire story� ) I�m dying to know what happens next! You must hurry with more soon. PLEASE!!

But what about Glorfindel and Erestor? Is there going to finally be a fading scene? (Oh, I hope I hope I hope� ^_^) Those two would really make a cute couple. Remember: fading scene, then bonding. It�ll be a great combination! ^_^

But whatever you ultimately do do, I�m sure it will be exciteYou You know though, I�m already starting to wonder how this is ultimately going to end. Once we finally do find out who the rapist is, what�s going to happen to Erestor? I mean, he did lie there, but was it for some unknown reason that Elrond may finally realize how badly he treated his councilor and give Erestor his old job back (especially since Figwit ain�t exactly doing that great of a job� I�m surprised Imladris hasn�t fallen into financial or politic chaos yet�) Or will Erestor be banned and Glorfndel go with him to some other place?

Oh� so many possibilities. I do hope you hurry with more soon, because you KNOW I�m dying to read more. Till next time.

God damn it!!! I just wrote this whole long review, but the @&%$@ site lost it when I went to add it! Damn it! Sometimes I really hate technology!!!

*deep breath* Sorry. Had to vent there.

Anyway, I'm going to try and resummerize everything I wrote before.

So first off, wow. Great chapter, as always. Though the birth actually went much easier than I was kind of expecting. Though I'm surestorstor would disagree with me there! :P I couldn't help but like Celeborn in this; you know, sticking beside Erestor and coaching him through the whole thing while Elrond was still being such a prick. And Glorfindel! That was so sweet! He seriously just earned major points in my book for this latest chapter! And the baby!!!! Awwww!!! That broke my little heart when Erestor wouldn't even look at him! I know he blames the baby for how his life is going right now, but please please please please don't let him stay like that. That would just be terrible. That poor innocent little baby needs a loving parent. (At least Glorfindel seemed to take a shine to him... that was SO cute!!!! Made my little heart melt ^_^) I know I've begged and pleaded before, but please don't let Erestor hate his baby. I seriously believe that once Erestor accepts him as his son, he'll become something like Erestor's last little light in his world of darkness right now, someone who needs and depends on him for his love. I think that's one of Erestor biggest problems right now. He ks nks no one needs him and that no one can love him and that he has no one else that does loves him (or at least he thinks no one love him *cough cough GLORFINDEL cough cough!!) and who better could be give his love to and receive so much unconditional love from than his own son? By the way, what are you going to name the baby? Maybe (once Erestor finally accepts him as his son) something like 'last hope' or 'shining light' (in elvish of course!) or some other name like that that has such allegorical connotations.

So Elrond's still going banish Erestor and the baby? He is such a prick! I'm sorry, there's just no other word for him! I mean, Celeborn even says that he looks like he's fading, and Elrond STILL won't believe that maybe, just maybe!, Erestor isn't telling the truth about him being raped. Though this now brings up ale nle new issue... Is Erestor telling the truth, at least in the part about who raped him. What's this about seeing a flash of dark hair and not just ending this whole thing sooner? Could it be that he's actually covering for someone? But who has dark hair and green eyes that we know of? Could he be covering for Elrohir, Elladan, or maybe even Elrond? But why would he be doing that...? (Could Thranduil and Elrond actually BOTH been in on raping Erestor!? ... Hmm, plot bunn..) ..) Hmmm... Questions questions... You HAVE to update soon so you can answer these burning questions! I'm dying to know!

But anyway, back to before, if Erestor is being banished, is Glorfl gol going to go with him? (oh, I hope I hope I hope!!! ^_^) Oh! And where's my fading scene! You know, the ones I've been practically on my hands and knees begging for! *even now on her hands and knee begging for!* I want to see Glorfindel save Erestor's life by saving him from fading by bonding with him! Please please please please please!! PLEASE!!!! I'm begging you! He's weak and still bleeding from the birth and everyone's still treating him like crap!!! Why isn't he fading?!?!?! Glorfindel needs to hurry and get back to him!

So what is Erestor going to do now now that he's confronted by both Legolas and his bitchy mother? Hopefully maybe he'll finally put all those fighting lessons Glorfindel gave him to use and finally start to stand up for himself against everyone that's been treating him like crap for the last couple months. I'd love to see him open up a can of whoop ass on Legolas!! That would be great! *laughing evilly in gleeful anticipation* Oh, you have to update soon! Before I pop! Please please please please update update update!!! I want more now now NOW!!!! PLEASE!!!

Well, I think this is starting to get a little long so I'm going to wrap it up (though you don't mind my long wided rambles do you? ^_^)

Ok ok I had some minor issues with my computer the late time you updated, so there was a little delay in my reviewing and once I was going to ou already updated! So... I guess that's good for me. But I still thought you deserved a reviewfor the last one I promised I'd review but... didn't...

So anyway, wow, as always. Great chapter. You know, when I was rereading it so i could reiew i picke up on something I missed reading before. re: some discarded piece of clng bng beneath erestor's bed in his old room. Could this possibly be important to finding out who the rapist is? Oh I hope, I hope, I hope!!!!! ^_^

I was really curious about your story, i just read up 20 chapters, something i never do. But your story is really credible. i think it's one of the best rape related stories i've read.

I've been a rape victim myself & was in the same position, nobody wanted to believe me when i said who it was, and i think you portrayed the fegs rgs really well. It's really good and i hope you update soon :)

If you love me and I know you do...you will quickly update! I've been waiting forever, pleasepleaseplease update...I wanna know how did Galadriel find out about what was going on and does she really knows if Erestor is telling the truth. I swear Thranduil's wife sounds like a bitch, well everyone has been mean and cruel to Erestor. The only thing the he did was tell how he gotten pregnant.

I disagree with daghterofthemidnightmoon. It would be out of sorts for Erestor to bond with his child as soon as it's born. Glorfindel is another matter though. I can see him instantly falling in love with the newborn. Helping Erestor bond with the child would give them more time to finite thier own bond and come to terms with their feelings for eachother.

One of your earlier chapters had me concerned about how you would portray Lady Galadriel. I'm glad to see that she isn't dead set against Erestor due to his crush on her son-in-law. She may not be on his side but she's not on anyone else's yet either.

Please update soon. Next week would be good. (hint, hint)

Oh. My. God. Where the *heck* have you been?! I almost had myself consigned to the fact that you may have discontinued this fic. I was about to cry. But then you updated! (which made me happy then!) And not just a one chapter update, but a three! Happiness all around! But what took you so long?! Ok ok... I know I might not have been the most loyal of reviewers for the last couple chapters, but I am swear to mend my ways and review every single chapter from now on if you promise to not keep us waiting for an update so long again! I mean it! I will send my hordes of mini balrogs after you if you do that again!

But anyway oh what an update! I was so happy to see Erestor finally opening up to Glorfindel, even ift a t a little bit. I am though pleased to see tha Glorfindel decided to give Erestor fighting lessons. I was kinda waiting for him to do something like that. And Elrond... Oh I swear I could knock that elf over the head!!! I was so amused to see Erestor starting to kinda get a slightly more snippy attitude with are pain the ass elf lord. I laughed at some of the lines Glorfindel and Erestor greeted him with when he came for his "weekly probbing" How funny... ^_^

But oh no! Not only are Galadriel and celeborn finally here, but also Thranduil and whatever his wife's name is! This can't be good. And poor Erestor went into labor!!!! I hope Elladan will be able to find Glorfindel in time! Why do I get a feeling that Figwit's misplacing of Erestor's male childbearing book will somehow play an important part in later chapters?

But what about Erestor's child? This is the big question... I'm not sure how you're going to end this, but I'm still saying it should be Legolas and a big case of mistaken identity like I know I ranted about in some previous review of mine... I'd kinda be disappointed if Thranduil really was the father. I just hope you don't have Erestor actually lying about his e pre predicament, though I doubt it... By the way he's been acting, I think he really was raped. Please please PLEASE don't have Erestor be lying. Make Legolas the culprit and Glorfindel rip his heart out!!!! Sorry... got a little carried away there...

Anyway, yes. Please don't let Erestor be lying about him getting raped. And i still say (hint hint wink wink) that there should be the *whole* scene with erestor starting to fade after the baby is finally born and Glorfindel out of his love for our fallen councilor bonds with Erestor to save him. That would make me so happy. ^_^ I just hope Galadriel figures things out. And whenever she finds out the truth, gives Elrond the beating of his life for treating Erestor like he has!!!!!!

As you can see, I've done a lot of brooding over this story because I like it so frickin much!!!! Please update soon!!!! I'm dying to find out what happens!!!! (And don't forget all my little suggestions ^_^ ... sorry sorry... shameless plea I know but sometimes I juist can't help myself :P) Anyway, update update UPDATE!!!!! Oh! And please let Erestor love his child once it's born. That would just break my little heart if it's born and he refuses to accept it as his son/daughter m rom rooting for a boy!!!! Don't ask my why!) I could see him as being a very protective father. I think after his child's born his parental instincts will finally kick in and he'll love that baby with everything he has. Something like the last saving light in his dark world right now... I think Erestor, the baby, and Glorfindel would make such a cute little family!!!

Oh please for the love of all things holy in heaven update soon!!!! I'm already desperate for an update and I just got a three chapter one. Hurry hurry hurry! PLEASE!!! Before I go insane with impatience!!!

aaawwww! that was so sweet, I adore a good Glorfindel/Erestor pairing. But Elrond is still an ass. Hopefully Erestor will get better now that he lives with our favorite seneschal. How far i in in his pregnancy, i don't remember?
