Ohhh!! SO CLOSE! Dang it Legs, just give it up! Eresse, you're killin' me. "His promise in the glade in Ithilien aut fut forgotten" I hope that when he sees the ring on is finger, the promise will be un-forgotten.
Please don't break Elrohir's heart, he's suffered long enough.

I haven't forgotten Elladan. When's he coming back into the picture? I bet he'll POP Leggo for me!

*Bangs head against wall* And we're back to square one. I had a feeling something was going to happen but this wasn't what I expected! Poor Elrohir, how is he going to react to this? I liked how you said that the feelings Legolas had for Elrohir were so much stronger than anything he'd felt for Aragorn, I had been wondering about that!

    Can't wait for more!

Been reading this since the beginning but had been so lazy to review. Sorry! Had have been enjoying thogreogression of this story tremendously. Am so glad that you update your fic so often. In fact I have been coming in everyday to see if you have a new update. I just have to review this time cause I want to smack Legolas on the head! Argh! As much as I love Legolas, he's really an idiot!!!!! Argh! Will it take losing Elrohir before Legolas realises his folly? How long more must Elrohir suffer? My heart really goes out to Elrohir for suffering such a fool! Argh!

After the bout of very thorough loving done in this chapter I wanted to jump uo and down; for Legolas finally understood what Elrohir's feeling were. At the end of the chapter I wanted to jump up and down because someone had to interuptolasolas' rather fearfull thoughts.
So, a good job once more with this chapter...and wow already two nc-17 pieces in one part :) you must love us!!

Hmmm, did anyone see them making out in front of the window before they moved to the bed? Maybe being discovered would push Legolas to one extreme or the other - he'd either scurry back to Ithilien or be forced to defend Elrohir and in doing so, realise how much he really cares. The thing I'm looking forward to is finding out how Legolas will react when he learns that Elrohir has bound himself to the prince. Will he be really touched or mad as hell? I can imagine him being very angry that Elrohir had the opportunity to ask for advice, gather some support and weigh his options before making his decision, but that he (Legolas) wasn't given the opporty tty to ask Elrond or Gandalf for their counsel, he had no input into the decision and nobody's going to be happy with him if he rejects Elrohir.
Of course on the other hand, I don't want the story to end too soon because I'm enjoying it so much. Good work!

I just read the whole story. It's beautiful...and scary. The way you describe Legolas and his way of thinking in the last chapter is like you would write about me. Anyways...I love your story and hope for a happy ending.

There. See? I *knew* it was coming. Frankly I'm sused sed that Legolas hasn't had a panic attack before now. So Eresse, am I getting this right when I say that Legolas is really scared of the unknown? Having never loved he's fixated on the worst case senario and just gotten into the habit of staying in his safety zone? God I just *hate* the thought of Elrohir getting hurt yet again but I fear things can only get worse; if this is the way Legolas reacts to the significance of a ring, I dread to think what will happen when he finds out Elrohir is actually *bonded* to him. What a mess.

Mantra time I think: 'they make it in the end, they make it in the end, they make it in the end...' (sure hope my sanity is intact to realize it.)

Gosh! I didn't see that one coming at all, didn't expect such a reaction from L. Silly that his brain cannot register that El would never ever cause him heartbreak, sheesh!

Anyway, this heart rending chapter is by far one of your best written chapters yet. Describing the warring thoughts and emotions that coursed through Legolas's heart and mind was not an easy feat, but you linked everything so effortlessly! From the s enc encroaching binding-call to L's welling up of unfounded defences. Your writing leaves me speechless once more, you indeed have a priceless gift!

Thanks again for your wonderful storytelling!

Oi! Not again! I thought he had finally let down his guard! *sigh* It was inevitable I suppose, though. And he doesn't realize just how hurtful his words had been, seeing as El has *already* bound himself to him. What more could possibly happen? Oh wait, a lot, actually. heh heh. |^_^| That chapter felt way to short. Partly because it ended with no sure feeling of closure. You rarely leave us with gihugic cliffies like this. WIll you be writing about that party Ara mentioned? I wonder if El & Leg's relationship will be made awares somehow in the courts. That would be interesting. Anyways, as always, loved it and eagerly await more.

*huffs and glares at Legolas* of all the stubborn, idiotic...LAMEBRAINED logic...GAH, can I hit him now? Right in the head and then the balls...sheeeeeeeeeeesh. Oh this was wonderful, love! Had me crying for Elrohir and, well, obviously I want to hit Legolas...

    Can't wait for tomorrow's installation!

I can't understand for the life of me why Legolas keeps sleeping with Elrohir when he still hasn't made up his mind on his preferences.Granted he doesn't want to lose Elrohir's friendship, but it looks to me that he's giving false hopes to Elrohir that Legolas will indeed commit to him.Legolas better make a decision soon because both his happiness and Elrohir's is at stake.

Aiya! I loved that chapter! And Aragorn's sudden realization. Buahahaha. Talk about a way to find out. Well, at least they were dressed, or nearly so anyways, when he found them. I loved how Edarion accepted the idea even faster than his father who grew up with elves. THough I think El and LEg' will have to try to learn to be a bit qieter in their activities. |^_~| And a jealous Elrohir was adorable. Teeheehee. More please. *grin*

I can just imagine the look on Aragorn's face upon entering Legolas' bedchamber! And I have to say I was rolling my eyes right with Legolas over the alpha male behaviour of Elrohir and Aragorn. Shock aside though, Aragorn's quite perceptive in his concerns and I think he's right; Elrohir *won't* take kindly to ANYONE disrespecting Legolas - afterall he did hold a dagger to the throat of Legolas' own brother for insulting him! I wonder if Arwen is going to go on a fact-findinssiossion to discover just how much she hasn't been told? Should be an interesting visit indeed.

I'm so loving this journey Eresse. As always I'm looking forward to the next chapter.
