    I just wanted to drop a line to tell you how much I am enjoying this story. I did not guess who Penda's father was until the middle of the previous chapter, but I am so glad that it was Erestr. How is he going to handle Penda's interest in his Lord, I wonder?

    Hey...small world. I recognized your story from HQ...
    I like how Penda has changed her attitude... Yes, she should be strong
    and have a will of her own...but her treating Elrond and the others with respect
    and accepting the course her life has taken is a show of strength in itself.
    She is young...but is acting more mature now and it adds to the story.
    It's really getting good now...hmmm...
    wonder who is coming through the woods...
    will have to check back and see won't I.

    aggh!!! who is it? what happened!! i want to know! i need to know!!!
    Great cliffhanger you gave us there! Personally I think banishment from Imladris would be a low punishment. Amros could have hurt Penda a lot more, to get what he wanted and in exhile, he stiluld uld do lots of harm to others if he gets moroubloubled and disturbed. Not to mention Amros could seek vengeance....
