You *have* to update this story!!! There are too few good Elrohir/Legolas stories available, but this is one of them. I love the story you've created, and your characters are believable. In fact I'd go so far as say it's a perfect story, except that it's missing some good 'ol raunchy sex scenes!!! Please continue with this story!!!

So much sorrow for Legolas to see his family devastated by the darkness and evil in Mirkwood. Very interesting scene with Elrohir and Legolas going inside the soul/spirit/mind of his sister. Very emotionally touching and angsty story. Nice subtlety in Legolas' love being revealed to Elrohir as the end. Had to go back and read the subtle biouriour nuances of Legolas to see his hidden love for Elrohir.

Hope there will be more, since this one said book one.

OMG OMG. This is one of the best best things I have ever read.
What an incredible start. I cannot wait for you continue.
This will go on my rec read list.

I adore your description of Mirkwood, the opressive feel of it, and how you show the differences between the elves of Imladris and the Wood Elves. And Thranduil stood there in his deerskin leggings, holly berries and ivy in his crown. ((fans self))
I love the twins(ofrse)rse) and my heart is aching for Legolas so sorely.

But the description of the attempted healing of Nimuiel by Elrohir was what actually totally blew me away. I simply cannot find words to describe what genius this was. Legolas joining Elrohirs thoughts on a wave of green...WOW WOW
The descriptions of the tangled blackness and of them cutting the strands free and what they find there. And then how it ends.
I was crying. I do not know how I managed to read to the end of the chapter. This is so beautiful done it hurts.

Please Please write more and more and more!!!

This is a wonderful start to a promising story. Literate, descriptive and emotional but not overly so. And most of all, an enthralling plot and intriguing hints at more to come. Your ability to convinci evi evince the deep friendship between Legolas and Elrohir then have it credibly change into something more in just this one part is commendable. Kudos also for giving us insights into the culture of Mirkwood and the relationships between the members of Legolas' family. Details like these make stories all the more real to readers. Book one? How many books will there be in this series? I'm definitely looking forward to the next update. Do keep on writing and thank you for sharing your gift with us.

    warmest regards,
    Eresse
