I cannot tell you just how much I am enjoying this wonderful, intricate tale!. I love how you do not opt for the *obvious* in your plot. It makes for engrosing storytelling. I cannot wait for the next chapter!

Excellent story. Just found it the other day. I don't know much about multiple personality disorder (except what I learned in undergraduate psych degree) but you are doing a wonderful job oaracaracterising the different 'voices' and their appearances in Legolas' life. One of my stories deals with something similar, although I'm using post-traumatic stress disorder as a means of dealing with the 'voice' in Legolas head. He's had a very traumatic childhood in your st-- c-- can't wait to see the evil teacher pay for his vile abuse of trust!

If you're still undecidedtakitaking votes for a love interest I definetly vote for Glorfindel.
In chapter 4 for you said ' the handsome elf lord had stuck in the young archer's mind' which I thought was quite sweet seeing as he seems to bloke everything else out. Elanor liked him in chapter 9 as well!
I also think Saeldis should die . I know he had a really tragic past and all that but it still doesn't excuse him from commiting child abuse. Being a victim doesn't give him the right to hurt other people.
You should also read Terry Prachett but not til after you've finished this story so get writing!

Yay! An update! Thanks for another great chapter.
I don't care how tragic Saeldis' past or how mad he may be, I am really looking forward to his painful, greusome death. Can't wait.
Please update soon because I'm dying for more!

"Unquestionably Ravan was aware of what would happen should all the memories resurface, and full realization finally hit. Oiolaire couldn't fade, but the rest certainly could. He knew, and he was counting on it. "

Ah! What is this supposed to mean? I thought he was the good guy. Plotting to take over Legoforeforever or somthing? Good, chapter as always but these plot twists are starting to get to me.

You are a dear! I hope Elrond will be able to help Legolas soon. I can only imagine how tortured he must feel.

Yay! An update! So so happy!
This story continues to enthrall and delight me! I loved Legolas (almost) calling Glorfindel Glory at diner. Is he going to be the love interest? *hopes* I love L/G. (But really, I love L/anyone)
Can't wait for more; please update soon!

YAY!!! More! But, oh, I just wanted to cry at this chapter. *Sniffle* I suspected that Saeldis was either an exposure risk or a past abuser, but this... can I take a page from your book and drop him off that cliff at the coast? Of course that would only be after I did some other nasty things to him. Using him for my cat's new scratching post/ litter box comes to mind. *Evil chuckle* Anyway, enough of my rambling. Write more. Oh, and if you could post those books and their authors in you LJ, I'd love to look them up. Or borrow them from you. Or something.

    Love and huggles,

Oh! Poor Legolas! I hope you send one of the twins to his rescue soon. :) His tormented heart and mind need to be shown some compassion and love.

Hey, I'm finally reviewing. I know I tell you in person and on our LJs what I think, but I thought it would be nice (now that I have a few moments to spare for it) to let everyone else who reads this know what I think. So here it is. I LOVE THIS STORY! I can't wait to read more, and you better hurry with lots and lots of posts, cuz it's really good. I already told you that you're in my top ten list, didn't I? Cuz you are. Totally top ten, maybe even top five. Hang on while I check my list... yep definately top five. KEEP WRITING. And I have to agree. MPD is pretty cool for a disasociative disorder. I'm glad there's someone else out there that I can chat with about psych. Cool subject, huh? OK, I should probably wrap this up, so to recap: COOL! WRITE MORE SOON!

    Love and huggles,
    Lin

    Nik,
This story is very bold. Tackling Dissociative Disorder is not easy, but so far, you are doing a pretty bang up job. I love psycholgical thrillers! Looking forward to the next update.

ok it's cleared up a little bit but still rather strange!
The voices in his head were just so different it seemed like a character in one of Terry Pratchett's discworld novels. There a bloke had different personalities but they were the spirits of actual people who had lived, died and then kind of popped back from ' the other side' and just used his body. Can't remember which book it was in ( he's written nearly 30 now!) but if you don't read them already I'd recommend them.
However, back to your story I thought maybe the voices were from elfves the tutor had killed. By the way if the tutor has been abusing elflings I hope he does get a knife stuck in him.
Still confused about you hinting that Legolas might not be the original though. I mean, the king and queen had a baby and called him Legolas. Why or how couldn't he be the original? Sanity still at stake here so bang out the chapters!
