This is an hilarious, intelligent, beautifully written story, by an author with an impressive knowledge of all things "Silmarillion".

If you havent read it already then what on earth are you waiting for?!

The characters are ALL wonderfully brought to life. I love them all.
Glorfindel's innocent vanity, and Ecthelion's dreams and his dry evaluation of them are heart rendingly endearing not to mention extremely funny. As for Aredhel, she's just brilliant! I found myself laughing helplessly everytime she spoke.

The potent descriptions of Gondolin and the forest, are very atmospheric and really draw you in.

I would love to see more of these fic's. (please, please, please!!!)

I SAY MORE TIPSY ELVES STRUGGLING TO CHOOSE BETWEEN 'UNNATURAL' DESIRE AND A RIGID SENSE OF DUTY! HURRAH!!!!!
