Oh poor little Legolas! What a thing for a little elfling to go through. Good thing Thranny arrived in time. Hopefully Aragon will make it all better.

That was a wonderful chapter! Sad, but satisfying! *grin* I didn't even consider that that incident would also affect his learning the human tongue, so that was a pleasant surprise. And I liked how he was drinking the wine at the time; useful stuff that. In fact, I think I've written something similar in the next chapter of the one I'm working on. What can I say; great minds think alike! (Or we're both just mental) *grin*

hehehe! Funny looking ears! I like that! And Aragorn hanging upside down; that was great! And next...a little talk! Yeah! (sorry, in a rather loopy mood)
As far as SotS, I'm thinking....hopefully sometime today. The chapter is almost finished. Just need to tweak it. Then I may just post the first chapter here.

Ooo..caught red handed! Errr, sticky handed. *grin*
And I really liked the conversation beween Legolas and Thranduil, especially with Elrohir there, all tied up. That was a great image.
So... how much longer before we find out what happened? Hmmm? Hmmm? Soon? Please?

Sorry not not reviewing for some time but you really are updating nonstop!!!Just when my head wanna explode from all the coursework and here i find new chapters waiting for me to read!!! A million thanks!! anticipation is building.....getting really curious on how the tracking and delicious 'picnic ' goes. Just one question, won't Elladan gets a bit lonely with Elrohir now becoming a pet of Thranduil???hehe......

Hi! Nice start. But why does Aragorn not simply speak Sindarin with Legolas? Since Legolas is a Sindar Elf (his father Thranduil is a Sindar, albeit ruling Silvain Elves), he should be able to speak that, and 'Ayagon' was raised in Rivendell and spoke Sindarin as his native tongue, Westron as his econd. Besidess, Aragorn is a Sindarinname itself. Or was Legolas simply teasing the 'wet man'? But I like the interaction and can't wait for more.

I had been getting the feeling that something bad had happened to Legolas in the past, and this really just confirms it. The story is still wonderful, but I do worry and wonder as to what happened to make him so skittish and distant from others. And I also hope that whoever it was is still alive so that Thranduil and Aragorn can rip their lungs out.

ooh. I think there's alot happening in this chapter! Lots of hints to Legolas' fear, and the lovely images of Aragorns childhood! I LOVED the broken arrow story! I can only imagine what Glorfindel would do to me if I shot him with an arrow! Oh, and Yes...the Glorfindel proof lock is working very well indeed, but I think *someone* has figured it out because the lemon and the strawberry ones seem to be disappearing! You haven't seen Elladan and Elrohir lurking anywhere about, have you?

Ah, methinks Legolas has a secret! Sweet chapter, hon. Love the part about Elrond cutting Erestor's hair for him. Poor Elrond, going around with a tuft of hair on the top of his head for months.

Hmmm.... Curiouser and curiouser... Afraid of the dark? Afraid to be away from the sun? Ack! I want to know why!

This is really very marvelous. I love the character interactions and personalities. I had never really imagined Elrond as quite so hysterical or very pretective, it's very nice. And I love the way that Thranduil is written in this, it's simply fantastic.

Hmmm...what has our Legolas so spooked, I wonder? Very curious.
Also quite curious about Elrohir and Thranduil! I do hope you don't intend to leave us waiting too long to hear more about them....
