    My Dearest Mrs. Land
I salute you and the splendid approach you took in introducing your audience to Tolken’s elfin characters and expanding there roles in a way that is accepting to homosexual’s as opposed to keeping them confined to a stereotypical tiresome text. Always remember my precious Mrs. Land that writing is an art and no matter the art we choose they’re all like mountain climbing. Well, you get to the top of one mountain, and often, "Oh bugger me, there's another one!" You haven't got to the top. You never finish... You only finish when your boots wear out and you think, "Oh god, I'm going back to first base... No, in fact I'm not, I'm going home." I'm not going home just yet. What I’m saying love, is don’t be bothered by a bad review or reviews from those with a closed mind because people who happen across your story without an open mind are just an audience, and they're not the objective – they're part of the process. In the world of writing fiction for the gay and lesbian community, you have people who don't know what we live with and are not particularly interested in how delicately writing homosexual content must be done – they just want to receive it as something to read. It's those people who you don't have with you when you're writing, but the audiences you do have are colleagues and peers and great individuals in the homosexual community – all there willing you to be good and to become accepted. Once you’ve acknowledged this, then writing becomes a much more relaxing and rewarding process. Button don’t you ever be frightened about what the audiences and the authorities might think of you writing about individuals having gay sex because it’s a perfectly natural human experience. I applaud your efforts in helping advance gay rights and hope that I have the pleasure of thanking you face to face as opposed to the impersonal method that this blasted machine affords me. Thank you again Mrs. Land I will treasure you “Gift” always and pray you come to terms with your own sexuality.

Oh...my...god... I feel so... I don't know how I feel. I feel kinda bad for enjoying these slash fanfics but OMG I loved it so much that I totally creamed my panties. Your writing is so incredibly awesome! I really, really love it.

It was great erotica but because I'm not a big LOTR fan I didn't get off on it. I did like the whole general idea and the vividness of the characters so all in all it was an ok read. Keep it up and maybe try some Armageddon, Phantoms or Daredevil stories. I'm still new to this fanfic stuff but let me give you some advise YOU NEED PHOTO'S to get noticed. Over all it was kinda tight so keep it up and give me some more. Later --------------> THE MAN

At last I was able to find a story by the great "erinland" and I must say this story "The Gift" made me blush. When he told me to take a look at some of your stories I never expected for them to make me feel the way I do. It's been a long while since I been this physicaly affected by written word and God I hope it'snot the last. I think your a very promising young author and can't wait to see more of your work. Keep it real and God bless. Love Antie Jen
