Reviews for The Lady of Battle

This is a definently one to follow! I like the setting, and the scope of the time that you work in thru the main character. Lothlorien has always been my favorite elvish realm, so thanks for basing the story there!

The flashbacks are a nice touch too. In the one story, you've got two plot lines to follow and I can't wait to see what happens next in each! After reading several other LotR stories and countless other fan fiction stories based on other things, The Lady of Battle is already at the top of the heap.

To the author: keep writing!!! please!!
To any potential readers: READ this one! It'll be well worth the time!

Two thumbs up, five stars, and top marks!!

Will you continue this? I am so befuddled now. Who is courting her? Will she be able to love somebody? Will we get any smut?

This is looking dark for Haldir. This is the rfirst story I have read which presents Haldir with a little competition. I love Haldir stories, read them alot. But this is a first. Funny thing is, youve got him competing with a character who has yet to present himself. Clever. This story seduces...bravo!

I don't review much, but I love this story. I love the way your elves don't rattle on like in the other stories. They contain themselves, withholding great big fat emotions. I have always pictured them being like that. I like the plot that is building as well. Im hooked. You update often too. Great! Keep them coming.

this is pretty interesting. it was sad when u flashed back to the destruction of Gondollin and what happened to her family. and damn that little bit with haldir getting it on by himself was very stimulitive. i hope to read more soon.

I can totally see that this is going somewhere deep. I can't quite see where, but I can tell you are about to throw a big one. I love it when authors do that! Keep it coming.

I agree, quite an interesting beginning, very different from most other stories posted here and I will certainly keep a curious eye on this one! :)

As for the translation generator: Well, if you feel like you are not to happy with the one you currently use, maybe you could have a look around at the links section of library of moria or of elves and men, I haven't had time to check them just now, but maybe they have some alternatives you might find you like? Another option would be the more classical LOTR pages and their links section. Let me know if you are interested and I can have a closer look some other time. :)

One link that you should have a look at as it may be helpful is this:

    Hope this helps! :)
