I'm glad to see this story being continued here. I loved the chapter that you wrote in the form of letters.

As for the attraction that Estel feels for Legolas and the way that Legolas feels in response to it, I have to worry that it may return and distract them during the War of the Ring. Of course, at that point it would be as unwelcome to Aragorn as it already is to Legolas, but still, it could be a problem for them.

Just finished this story so far, and I can't wait for the rest of it.
I loved the last chapter, it was a very clever way to move through the ages and speed up the story a bit.
Please don't take to long in putting up more of this story.

Holy cow! I go away for a few weeks, come back and there are a trillion new chapters to read! Excellent! I'm so glad thing worked out for our star-crossed lovers. But now I can't help but wonder how Elrohir is going to handle Legolas leaving with the fellowship...

Re Chapter 28: This is probably an unworthy thought, but when I was reading about the rescue of Legolas and Galvreth, all I could think about was what an awesome stud Legolas is. I mean, he's just been through a terrifying experience, he's seriously injured and in pain, and he realizes that his injuries could cripple him permanently, but his first thought is to get into the fray as much as possible and protect his brother from further harm. If I wasn't already in love with him, this would do it. ;)

Wonderful! I enjoy reading about, er...I forget his name again! (lol, actually I read this days ago, buuuuuuttt, never got around to reviewing until now. sowie) Galvreth! I enjoy reading about Galvreth and Elladan just as much as I do Elrohir and Legolas! I would like to see how Elladan would react and what he would do if he finds another in his place. I would like to see what Galvreth would do in his hopelessness. While being the virtuous lover is fun, it can also be a bit boring, I think. Elladan needs to know what he is forgoing! Hooray for 'Roh for setting the record straight on his happily married and more sedate (sniggers) lifestyle. I think its interesting that Elladan would actually resent Legolas in this fic. From the very start, he wasn't as enamored of our golden prince as his younger brother was. Its a refreshing change from the friendship they shared in your epic.

On the past chapter, lol. It was enjoyable, but I'm glad that the plot more a bit more in this chapter. THe last one is reminiscent of scenes in past stories, like the garden scene in one of G&I (order rt?). And is that the closest I'm going to get to a romantic, cooked by my lover meal? Lol. Now be more creative! Also, there was this story from I&G (is that rt now? lol) in which you mentioned that the triumvirate went so far as to help the twins' mother in the kitchen after her attack. I think that that would have been a worthy thing to expand on, another Twilight Tale episode. Imagine, the twins and Legolas trying to roll the dough, mashing berries for filling, flour all over the flour and our *virile warrior* elves. LOL. Or should I be going, yummy?

Re chapter 26: So it's Elladan who needs a kick in the head this time. I hope he gets it! Those two would make a nice couple.

But at the same time, I'm worried about Legolas being without Elrohir for a long time. In your previous stories, he had some really awful separations to live through -- like near the end of Hallowed Fate/Sacred Bond and of course in Aduial in G & I. Oh, dear. Will that sort of thing happen again? Poor baby. *wrings hands*

Grrrrr, I just want to ring Elladan's pretty neck for him one good time. *huff* He's potentially throwing away the one I'm convinced he's meant to be with. He just can't see past his blasted lofty ideas of independence to understand that he could be blessed with what his twin and Legolas share, rather than weighed down by it. I certainly hope that he smartens up and soon dear. It's a wonderful written chapter, when you can manage to get my blood pressure up so with it. *wink* Bravo, Eresse dear!!!

    *Mwah*
