I got the longest reply! WOOHOO!
Oh, believe me, this story REALLY is THAT good. Scratch that. Your story REALLY is THAT WONDERFUL! Excellent! Superb! (You get the point).
Rape isn't funny. But I don't think you're writing as if it is. What the hell was that person talking about? Seriously, I think they needed ten rolls of rubber wall paper and a double labotomy.
Well, as long as you keep churning out the chapters, I'll be more than happy to keep writing reviews, even if they do use a few too many cute's, sweet's and adorable's. lol But, I'm glad I'm not the only one who uses such terminology when reviewing.
Now, to this chapter. Seriously, you're writing is so good, that when Elladan and Elrohir were tickiling Legolas, it really felt like they were lyrighright next to me, for I could hear their laughter (especially Legolas') so clear that it did not at all feel as if I were reading it off the internet! It's so good I feel like I'm actually there, watching from the outside... kinda like TV.
OH! Thranduil is such a BASTARD!!!! How can he do that? OK, I understand he's lost a lot, and his pride has taken a hell of a beating lately, but I in no way condone what he is doing. He's still got a lot of people who love and care for him, and those, like Leggy, who need him. How can he be so selfish!? Though, again, makes for a good plot. And, oh, I feel so sorry for Leggy. And, oh, I would just love to go and hug all the life out of him, as long as he were kept from hurt, but, I suppose he's got lerond and Glorfindel for that, so I'm not really needed.
Oh, what a cute horse/Legolas meeting scene. Though, I think it was a little too easy for Leggy to get over not going hime, but I guess being a kid with a short attention span, it can waver and change quite suddenly.
Anyway, can't wait for the next update,
Luv Mawgy

I am enjoying this story immensely; tis one of the few things keeping me sane these last/next few days with one more final exam to take (thank Eru one isr anr and my grades are turned in).
You say you were surprised someone told you they cried over your story? I laugh whenever someone tells me they cried reading "The Flower and The Fountain"ich ich is my baby). I don't know, I just find it amusing that someone can cry reading one of my horrid pieces of fanfiction. But it's a compliment I suppose and that makes me happy.
I look forward to seeing what kind of Elf Legolas will grow up into. Please post more as I will be eagerly awaiting to read more. :)

Grief is really the pits. It can take people who are normally well-adjusted and completely change them. Children are so literal havehave so few defenses that the actions of their elders can be so misunderstood. Nothing is his fault but he may always feel somewhat to blame forever.
Lovely about the new horse. That will go a long ways into giving L something to fill his time. If he has to take care of it traitrain it then his time will be full. With so many people loving him he will probably be OK. We hope so because we love little Legolas. giggle

Oh I love this! The horse scene was really cute, and I love the open affection Glorfindel and Elrond show towards Legolas. It is a beautiful story so far, and I am so thrilled that you updated it so quickly. Thank you for sharing!

Again, I like it so much. I'm waiting for Leggy to reach his majority, maybe a little of his training.
See ya next chappie.

Oh, I don't think he would have been able to eat much more, but that he said he would have liked more is what I thought woul qui quite cute.
Ok, as much as I like depressing stories and the emotions they evoke, I really think I've got in over my head with yours. I'm actually quite an optimistic person, and so far I've cried just about from beginning to end of your two chapters. Don't know how I'm gonna last, but I'll do my .
.
Oh, poor Glorfindel. I felt so sorry for him (and Leggy of course) when Leggy got scared of his member. Though, it was kinda cute too, knowing that when he's older he'll probably LOVE it! lol Still, very sad moment.
I thought it was so sweet when Leggy said the sky was angry at him was was just a gorgeous little moment there.
Am thoroughly loving this fic (with the exception of all the pain-filled moments that ironically make this story so good). I'm glad you updated so soon, perhaps you can do it again?
Luv Mawgy
P.S. Sorry, just thought I might warn you now that in my reviews I shall no doubt overly use words like 'cute', 'sweet' and 'gorgeous', 'cos, seriously, how can you use any other words when describing such a sweet, cute and gorgeous little elfling such as Legolas.

OOH!! A caring pair, Glorfindel and Elrond. They can each empathize with Legolas because of their past experiences. And of course L is suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome. Nasty orcss. We hates them.
Such a sweet little Legolas. I have just fallen in love with him. He reminds me of my best friends only son. Sweet and curious.
I know, more angst in the future SIGH! No rest for sweet little elfings.
Thanks for such a prompt update and we look forward to more. giggle
