I have recently read a lot of fic involving Haldir; this is just my personal opinion but I believe that he is too strong a character to be that weak and whinning. He is a strong warrior and although internal terror may ensue he would probably be very stoic and attemp to hide his fears and take it like a man (he he he).

::whistles:: That last chapter was quite interesting; reminds me of a chapter I need to write soon for my Glorfindel/Ecthelion story. I like how this is developing. However, I do agree with Anu; a beta would be a good thing to have. I too offer you my services; I have two very wonderful betas myself. While they can't catch all of my mistakes, they are very helpful when it comes to rewording a sentence so it sounds better.
