What a beautiful, haunting, eloquent, and affecting tale! Tears are streaming down my face as I write this... the story is so sad, so touching. I especially like the quiet, subtle moments, such as Glorfindel's dreaming of Erestor, when Erestor thinks the end is near, or when Elrond asks Glorfindel how long he has loved him. The emotion captured is just magnificent to experience, I cannot wait for more.
