I absolutely love this! It's one of the most twisted ideas about what would happen if the Fellowship failed and Sauron regained the Ring. It is exceptionally screwed up in certainly the best way possible, and I am a sucker for dark AUs! It is a very twisted fate for our little elfies, and it's amazing. 

I see that the work hasn't been updated since 2006, and I wondered if it was abandoned. If that was the case, I wanted to ask permission to be able to write an almost sequel-story set in this world, since I had an idea, and my brain, unfortunately, ran with it. It would be set long after this establishing scene, so it would be a story set in this AU more than anything else.

Let me know if that's alright!

Too lazy to log in... that said: wow! I give you points for orginality! The premise is very interesting, and that way I haven't seen a "Sauron regains the Ring" fic dione before! I would have liked it better if there had been a few female elves left, not so much because I would dislike MPREG, but because I think it out of character for Sauron to be that short-sighted; and at need, he could alwways cross the elves with mannish women. The children would not be immortal, but suitable servants. But this scenario you give here is intriguing and horryfying both, and very intense! Now I just have one question: you wrote Legolas was not killed at once, and you did not tell what had happened to Thranduil. Are they still alive? Or have they been killed, too? Inquiring mind wants to know. And what happened to the rest of Middle Earth? Are these few Elves all people who are still alive, besides the Orcs, or are there still some inhabitants of other races? Please go on, I'd really like to learn more of this!

I've seen this premise used before, yes, but not like this! This is absolutely wonderful! Poor Celeborn, and poor Thranduil! having met such a horrible end! I am fixated! I hope there will be an update soon... I need to know what will happen to Elrond!!!!
