I hope he will be ok and that Aragorn doesn't go kill him and his son and everything.

Oh yeah, please! I always wanted that, if Aragorn couldn't do his part for loving Legolas, that his son should take up the cause (as long as he was of age). I would ask for more characterization and slow it down, but I'm reading the plot line and lapping it up!
