Ch 13. A fathers love

Lord Elrond spoke, “Lady Chrissy, I think we shall need some time alone to discuss the events you occ occurred.”

In an obvious tone, Chrissy answered, “I believe we do need to have a conversation of why I am here.”

As they walked out of the gardens and into the huge fortress of Lord Elrond’s home, Chrissy began to look around and stopped in her tracks when she identified the objects in his home that she placed in her dream.
Lord Elrond asked, “Is every thing alright?”

Chrissy stood there looking around and said, “I have seen all of this before and you--.” She paused and the tears hit her eyes like a flood in a storm.

She turned and stared at Lord Elrond and said, “I know who you are and I know who I am but how can I be lead to believe this, when I do not believe in fantasy?”

A break down had occurred as Chrissy fell to her knees on the marble that was on the flooring of Lord Elrond’s home.
Legolas saw this from outside and came running inside. Lord Elrond motioned for him to stay outside. He did as he had command for this was not his kingdom.

Legolas wanted so badly to aid his beloved but he could not for he had spent his time with Lady Chrissy and it was Lord Elrond’s turn.

Lord Elrond picked the emotional woman up in his arms, went into his study and closed the door. He sat down on a large chair and rocked her in his arms. He whispered familiar tranquil words into her ears to help with the distress of the reality that just slapped her in the face.

Chrissy bared her face into his chest and the hot tears raced out. She smelled a faint familiar smell, of ginger and a fresh scent of the ocean.

The brake down of all of this was not surprising to him at all. For he felt, the pain that ripped through her small frame, like glass shattering into a million pieces.

Compassionately Lord Elrond said, “I know all the questions seem hopeless, nonetheless, you were brought back here for a reason.”

Chrissy pulled up from where she was crying when he had finished speaking. She moved off his lap and onto the chair next to him. She knew what Lord Elrond had said was true but could not get this one question out of her mind.

With such concern held in Chrissy’s eyes, “Is this true, Am I your daughter, Larien Anwamane, of Rivendell?” She asked.

Lord Elrond knew what he wanted to tell her for he has waited an eternity for this moment.

Attentive to her, Lord Elrond replied, “Aye, This is true as you are my daughter, the unsettling part about this situation is you were ripped from our world and some how your precious memories have been buried from your mind of this place. The memories must have been triggered by an occurrence of some sort. I believe that some one may have purposely hidden these events from your mind to keep you away from Saruman. He tried to take you away from me and mark my words as he will pay for this catastrophe that he caused upon our family!”

Chrissy had always known deep down inside that she didn’t belong back in the other realm but in another place, here, in Rivendell.
Aggravated Chrissy stated, “I am so glad that I have found my way back home but there is something in the air that is not right, I have to face a challenge that is about to be placed in front of me to stop Saurmon from ever hurting everyone that I care about.”
Chrissy added with sadness in her tone, “If anything should happen to me, let Legolas know that I loved him very much.” The tone faded as her glance went over to the window.

Legolas waited patiently out side of the room for Lord Elrond and Lady Chrissy to walk out. His pace grew more intense and was getting worried.

Arwen walked by and said, “Give them time for they are rekindling.” He knew Arwen was right and walked out to speak to Haldir and Gandolf.

Haldir was telling Gandolf about the huge battle that would take place, however, they did not know the hour or the day, which Saurmon would strike.

Legolas could not believe his elf ear when he heard this as if a reoccurrence of the day Larien was taken from right before his very eyes.

Harshly Legolas stated, “I will not let this happen, I will kill Saruman before I would let harm come to Lady Chrissy, I love this woman and I shall do anything to protect her well being.”

Gandolf challenged him, “Don’t you know, Lady Chrissy and Larien are the same person. Larien is under a spell and is locked within Lady Chrissy. The two souls will know when to emerge and become one again when the time is right, you are to help her see who she really is, Legolas.”

Legolas was very baffled and knew that Lady Chrissy had always resembled Larien in many ways but just to be told that they are one in the same was hard for Legolas to understand. He walked back into the palace because he did not know what to think of the situation. Legolas was in deep confusion about the conversation. He loved this woman and the conversation before, from his point of view, was just speculation.

Back in Lord Elrond study, he could not tell Legolas this news, if she did not make it. He walked over to her and placed his arms around his daughter.

Softly Lord Elrond said, “I would not let you go into this alone and I am sure your mother is watching over you.”

Chrissy turned around and looked into her fathers’ eyes and said, “I know who my mother is-(She paused)-She is the Angel that has been protecting me, she called me tinu, this means daughter.

Lord Elrond gasped when she said this because Idril had appeared to Galadriel.

Lord Elrond’s eyes began to fill with tears, “Idril and I loved both our daughters, and I know she would do anything, even in spirit, to protect the daughters she so much loved. You and Arwen are your mother and I, heart and soul!”

They both spoke a little more and Lord Elrond opened the door. The sun had started to go down and they were getting hungry.
Lord Elrond said, “I know you want to freshen up before dinner, here is an apple to hold you over.” He had taken it from the basket of fruit on his desk.

Chrissy took the apple and smile, “Thank you Ada, for you always knew me!”

Lord Elrond was overjoyed that she called him Ada. His smiled brightened up his soul for he had waited for a long time to hear those words, once again. He called for Arwen to help Lady Chrissy to her room and to get her situated. She looked at her father once more before Arwen took her upstairs.

She asked, “Please, come over here, Ada.”

Chrissy hugged her father for she knew deep dow sid side this was the happiest moment in her life. He hugged her back and was thrilled she was home at last. He held back the tears and the emotions that swept over him.

Arwen and Chrissy went up stair to get washed up and put some fresh clothes on. She enjoyed the apple that her father gave her, on the way up to get her bath.

Arwen had already prepared a hot bath for her sister because she knew that her father would ask her as soon as the conversation ended. Chrissy walked into the bathing room and Arwen walked not to far behind.

Arwen closed the door and said, “Enjoy your bath because Legolas has been restless, he longs to see you.”
Arwen added, “Legolas is very fond of you.”

She blushed and said, “Yes he is, please don’t tell anyone, but he and I are engaged!”

Arwen just smiled and said, “What wonderful news and your secret is safe with me.”

Chrissy changed the subject and said with concern, “I know it was you in my dream, I want to apologize for my outburst to you. I k-.”
Arwen interrupted and said, “No hard feelings, you were confused and the truth always surfaces.”

Chrissy gazed upon Arwen and thought she was more beautiful than herself. Arwen left to give her sister some privacy while she took a bath.

Arwen went to find some dresses and shoes for dinner tonight. She knew of the perfect dress that would bring out her cute frame and the features in her face.

Chrissy shed her clothes on the floor and longed for the hot bath that she so desperately needed. She slipped into the delightful water that felt so great against her golden skin. Her thoughts were wondering what Legolas was doing, the water made her think of the day when Legolas and her were back in Mirkwood.

They were hot and sweaty from the duel that Legolas and her shared. She dreamt of the lake they swam in and how her naked body felt against his.

Meanwhile, Legolas went by Lord Elrond’s office to see if Lady Chrissy and him were done speaking. He found the door open and peaked inside to find the room empty. Arwen was coming down the stairs and saw him.
With a huge smile, Arwen said, “She is taking a bath before dinner.”

With that said, Arwen knew Legolas would go seek her out. Legolas did not say a word but smiled at Arwen, she knew the smile was a thank you. He went up the stairs and slipped into the bathing room.

Chrissy was so in to the thoughts of the lake scene that she did not hear Legolas come into the room. He could see through the water and thought her body was so beautiful. He took his close off and joined her in the bath.
