“There he is, ‘Roh,” Elladan exclaimed suddenly, rising to his elbows on the fur-covered ground.
“Aye, I see him!” Elrohir agreed, sitting up in his excitement. “Look ‘Las...I had begun to fear ‘twas too overcast this eve.”
Legolas remained strangely silent, his eyes fixed on Eärendil’s distant glow. “Does he approve?” the woodland prince asked finally, his worried gaze flickering between his lovers.
Gentle smiles spread across identical faces as both twins dropped their eyes to the three matching bands of mithril and gold, flawlessly worked emblems of two souls joined.
“He does indeed, anor nín,” Elladan answered. “He does indeed.”
