I think this is a great plot. I love the learning-to-trust-again theme, and your characterization of Legolas and Elladan. Something you could work on is perhaps the setting; try to create the feelings and looks of the places the characters are in.

I can understand why Elladan is mean towards Legolas.But that's so wrong of him to conclude that all wood-elves are all the same.

So far I really like this. The start is very promising. It is very interesting to see how their relationship will evolve from now on. I do hope that this story has a happy ending:)

I love this story, especially the way you describe the feelings involved and how difficult it is for both of them to accept their fate.
